The TFT-200 is an economic and cost effective way to process Penetrant washings
before releasing to
drain. Unlike high maintenance ultra-filtration systems, the TFT-200 is simple
in operation, requiring only
occasional filter changes with no pre-treatment fluids or cleaning regimes.
The active carbon granules are contained within 6 filter bags to make replacement
simple and quick. The
TFT-200 has the ability to alternate “Primary” and “Secondary” filters
so as to maximise the usefulness of
the carbon and save operating costs. There are float switch sensors in both the “Receiver” tank
and the “Header” tank, to prevent spillage. An output can be provided,
for example, to render inoperative, a wash
station air-water gun, in case of excessive use, or unusually slow filtration
(e.g. towards the end of filter
life)
